• Approximately 4 weeks before your wedding, Heidi will meet with you in person or virtually to discuss the vision for your wedding painting, to include size, colors, setting, pose, and so on. A questionnaire will be sent prior to the meeting to ask basic questions regarding the wedding and painting.

• On the day of your wedding, Heidi will arrive one to two hours prior to the first look or ceremony. Arrival time will be discussed more in-depth during planning.

• The painting will be worked on during the reception for your guests to enjoy

​

• After the wedding, the painting will be brought back to the studio to be refined and sealed, this process typically takes approximately 6 months. Each painting is given 20 to 40 hours of additional work, along with 2 to 3 additional layers of paint to ensure every detail is captured, it is worth the wait!

• Once completed, the painting will be either hand delivered to you or shipped
