• Approximately 4 weeks before your wedding, Heidi will meet with you in person or virtually to discuss the vision for your wedding painting, to include size, colors, setting, pose, and so on

• On the day of your wedding, Heidi will arrive one to two hours prior to the ceremony to begin your painting

​

• The painting will be worked on during the reception for your guests to enjoy

​

• After the wedding, the painting will be brought back to the studio to be refined and sealed, this process typically takes up to 16 weeks to complete.

• Once completed, the painting will be either hand delivered to you or shipped
